2.2 Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
2.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Coded Alex.
3.2 Clients retain ownership of all content they provide for their projects, while Coded Alex retains the rights to the code and designs developed unless otherwise agreed.
4. Services and Deliverables
4.1 Coded Alex commits to delivering services as per agreed timelines and specifications.
4.2 The client is responsible for providing all necessary resources and feedback to facilitate project completion.
4.3 Any additional requests or modifications beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the project is required to begin a project.
5.2 The balance is payable upon project completion, prior to delivery or deployment.
5.3 Payments are accepted via;
M-Pesa Till, Pay bill or Bank Transfer.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refunds are not issued for completed projects.
6.2 For disputes, Coded Alex will engage in good faith efforts to resolve issues amicably.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Coded Alex is not liable for:
Delays caused by factors outside its control, including client delays.
Loss of profits or data due to the use of its services.
7.2 Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential.
8.2 Coded Alex reserves the right to showcase non-confidential completed projects in its portfolio.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.
10. Amendments
Coded Alex reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
